Lots of Questions
Sorry if i repeat any question that is already in the forum. I am still a nooby and would like to know some stuff that has been on my mind.
Questions: 1) What are Gold and Purple items? What are the diffenece between Gold/Purple and regular items? and how much does a yellow item cost? 2) How do i mix dyes? 3) Is there any material NPC that craft Fur Square or Bolt of Cloth (not raw)? 4) Can i change the design of the Guild Cape for free after i have chosen a design? 5) How do i make Guild Hall? Does it cost money? What do i have to do exactly? 6) When i identify an item... a the bottem left corner, it says item unlocked... what does that mean? I think that is all. If someone can answer some or all of the question, i would be very happy. Thank you for reading this. |

I, personally, have not tried it yet as I just found out you could do it.  3) You can get bolts of cloth from salvaging certain loot drops by using a regular salvage tool on it. You have to use an expert salvage kit on charr hides to make a fur square, but it's not a high chance you'll get the fur square. They ARE making a change to that, if they haven't already, in a streaming patch to make it more common to make a fur square using the expert kit. And, no, you can't buy the fur square. At least, not to my knowledge. 4) I don't run a guild, so I don't know the answer to that one. However, I would think that if you own the guild you'd be able to change the cape anytime you want. But, again, someone who has experience running a guild should answer that one. 5) The guild hall we're trying to get in my guild, I've been told, will cost 30k. I don't know how true that is. Perhaps the guild leader is scamming us as he says we should each donate 1.5 plat. We'll see.  6) hmmm....I'm a little hazy on this myself. However, I believe once you unlock an item you use an expert salvage kit on the item you unlock to try to extract it. Again, though, there is only a chance you will pull that item out OR you will just get some silly salvaged item like bone, wood, iron, etc. If any of my answers are way out in left field, I apologize. This is just info I've gathered playing the game and reading posts. Hopefully, I'll get less flames and more kind corrections from mor Guild War veterans. |
